    Excellent room and staff is always absolutely friendly and amiable.

    All nice, everything you need for the holiday. Its location is perfect & good, near to restaurants, vibrant nightlife and the area's top attractions, beaches, and dining spots. Batu Bolong district won't disappoint you. The restaurant serves delicious Italian food.

    the room was separate, and we had a breathtaking view of swimming pool. personalized service was provided too. besides, free wi-fi throughout the property worked flawlessly. absolutely perfect location and best staff were a definite plus. ngurah rai international airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car.

    The bathroom had a weird ammonia smell and zero locks on transparent doors!!! A directory for nearby options would be a basic necessity!!!

    The location was super, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere. Batu Bolong district was worth staying in. My room included a mini bar, climate control, and a personal safe.

    The fine private pool overlooked beautiful rice fields. Being so close to popular spots like El Crudo just a short walk away was perfect for leisurely strolls around the area.

    Couples looking for a special getaway

    The location of the villa is perfect we rented a scooter through them , made exploring way easier and fun. The staff were very nice always greeting us with a smile and keeping our room clean every day.

    The stay wasn't exactly inexpensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.

    The private pool was the absolute highlight, providing a perfect space to unwind, and the Alexa-controlled smart appliances. While the food was delicious, I wished the birthday surprise would have made my day extra special. I might consider this stay again.

    The check-in experience was smooth, and the private pool was a beautiful spot to unwind. The lack of cleanliness was concerning. I found that sheets were not properly changed, which led to uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Although the freshly baked bread offered at breakfast was a good treat, the overall inconsistencies in service, including late room service, were frustrating .
